Ravenfield is designed to integrate into its surrounding residential neighborhood while fostering connection and community among its senior residents. Amenities include a community room, library, business center, coffee bar, rooftop terrace, and direct access to walking paths.

I contributed during schematic design, participating in client meetings and facilitating a community design charrette with neighboring residents. Using scaled site elements, I gathered feedback that directly informed the project’s site organization and building placement.
