The Hangar replaces a former airport hangar on one of the last remaining parcels in North America’s largest master-planned community. The four-story wrap building draws on a “Nordic Chic” aesthetic, with a muted material palette anchored by fiber cement, brick, glulam timber, and cable railings.
I independently produced the project master plan and contributed across most phases from schematic design through construction documentation — developing floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, exterior elevations, interior elevations, wall sections, and enlarged unit plans, with particular attention to accessibility compliance and building envelope coordination.
